3. Entries for a chance to win a KITKAT ? Chunky Mint Bars can be made from 10:01am on Tuesday 4th June until 10:00am on Tuesday 18th June 2013. The first 1000 entries drawn at random from all entries received by 10:00am on Tuesday 18th June 2013, will each win one KITKAT ? Chunky Mint Bar.
4. The draw will take place within 48hrs of the closing date. Prizes will be despatched within 14 days of the draw date, and will be sent via standard class post to the address supplied in the original entry.
5. Only one prize will be awarded per person throughout the duration of the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the terms and conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
6. Bulk, trade or third parties applications are not permitted, and will be disqualified.
